Current Job Openings

Deli Associate (Full Time)

• Location: Welland, ON
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their deli and meat selections.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of deli meats, cheeses, sandwiches and salads.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the register.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves.
• Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food service or retail preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Butcher/Meat Cutter

• Location: Welland, ON
• Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and portion meats according to customer specifications.
  • Operate meat processing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the meat department.
  • Assist customers with their meat selections and provide recommendations.
  • Receive and inspect meat deliveries for quality and freshness.
• Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter is highly preferred but not required. We are willing to train once applicant is committed to learn.
  • Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Deli Manager

• Location: Welland, ON
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the deli and store front.
  • Manage and lead a team of deli associates.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers as needed.
  • Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
• Requirements:
  • Previous experience preferred but not a requirement.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
